Orders and Delivery Times

For items that are in stock, we will arrange for courier collection within 24 hours (weekdays only). You can expect to receive it within three working days. Items that are not in stock will be ordered on the day you place your order and will take about a week to arrive.

 

Postage

All our car seats' prices include postage to UK Mainland.

 

Payment Methods

Our checkout system accepts payments by Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. You can make a one-off PayPal payment with your credit or debit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account. Purchases made during a home consultation are paid for by bank transfer, debit or credit card or cash.


Warranty

All our car seats are guaranteed for a period of time specified by the manufacturer, usually 24 months. Should your product fail during this time due to a manufacturer's fault, we will arrange for it to be collected, inspected and either repaired or replaced free of charge. Faults which have developed due to mis-use, wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered by the warranty. Should you wish to return an item for a non-warranty repair, you will be liable for the cost of the repair and postage. Please contact us with details of the fault before returning an item.

 

Returns

A car seat is a safety item, therefore a seat sold face-to-face can only be returned if it develops a manufacturer's fault. We cannot accept returns because you have changed your mind. Seats that are sold online can be returned within 14 days of receipt under the distance selling law. They must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging. The buyer pays for return postage.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
